This summer, We Create Tech is proud to partner with the City of Atlanta, Georgia Tech’s CEISMC, and the Atlanta Year of the Youth initiative to deliver a career-launching experience as part of the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP).

Through this exciting collaboration, young people ages 18–24 will gain paid experience in digital strategy, creative tech, leadership, and workforce readiness — all while working from the Georgia Tech campus 💛

A 4-Week Experience That Goes Beyond “Just a Job”

SYEP participants placed with We Create Tech will:

• 💡 Gain leadership and teamwork skills
• 🎯 Work directly on our youth tech summer camp operations
• 📲 Learn digital marketing, brand strategy, and community engagement
• 📜 Earn a scholarship toward a professional tech certification (Google or CompTIA)
• ✊🏾 Join TechRise, our membership-based launchpad for emerging talent

This program isn’t about busy work — it’s about preparing the next wave of talent to thrive in creative tech, marketing, data, and innovation.

🎓 The Goal: Tech Talent with Credentials

At the end of the summer, every SYEP student placed with We Create Tech will receive:

• A scholarship toward a certification through Google or CompTIA
• An invitation to continue with us via TechRise
• A portfolio of real experience in marketing, tech, and strategy

We’re aligning this work with our new CompTIA partnership, where students will soon be able to join certification cohorts for A+, Network+, and Security+.
