This spring, Shana Sanders, CEO and Founder of We Create Tech, was invited to speak at Microsoft Atlanta as part of the Universal HER panel — a powerful event focused on uplifting college women navigating tech career pathways.

Hosted inside Microsoft’s Atlanta hub, the panel was filled with energy, vulnerability, and vision. Students from across Georgia gathered to hear real-world advice from women who are actively building the future of tech and business— and claiming their place in it.
